PASS presents its first Social Report with a participatory event
A workshop of ideas, listening, and a shared future
Yesterday was a truly special evening for the Fondazione PASS, which, on the occasion of its third anniversary, presented its first 2024 Social Report with a participatory workshop for discussion and co-planning led by Professor Paolo Di Marco, professor at the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna and the Bologna Business School, founder of PDFOR Consulenza Direzionale, and member of the PASS Foundation Board of Directors.
The meeting was attended by all of the Foundation's key stakeholders — families, volunteers, donors, employees, companies, organizations, and institutions —in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, mutual understanding, and sincere collaboration. It was a moment of concrete dialogue, where every voice found space and value, contributing to the construction of a shared path: towards an increasingly participatory and impact-oriented Budget, in line with the PASS Foundation's 2026 goal.
During the evening, participants were divided into three working groups, dedicated to the Foundation's major areas of action:
-
Hospitality and Families, with donors, families, and volunteers;
-
Adolescents and Mental Health, with organizations and institutions;
-
Sustainability and Community, with companies and suppliers.
Each group collectively imagined PASS's ideal future, identifying objectives to be achieved, potential risks, and strategies to overcome them. The reflections resulted in concrete ideas and immediate actions that will contribute to strengthening the Foundation's social impact in the local area.
The active and enthusiastic participation of everyone—including employees—transformed the meeting into a true community workshop, where the key word was "together." The work matrices produced during the workshop will now be reworked and integrated into the 2025 Social Report, providing continuity to a process of listening and constant improvement.
Since its inception, the PASS Foundation has believed in the value of sharing and participation: building personalized paths, improving the well-being of those experiencing vulnerability, and strengthening the network of those who work every day to create a more welcoming community. Yesterday's event was the most authentic demonstration of this. 💛
