Eating and Nutrition Disorders (EDDs) aren't simply food-related difficulties: they represent a silent cry for help, filled with pain, anguish, guilt, and shame.
Those who suffer from them feel trapped in an internal conflict, fueled by profound emotional and relational suffering.

Pain
For those suffering from eating disorders, the pain is not only physical but profoundly psychological: it arises from the internal conflict between a distorted self-image and external expectations so burdensome they become disabling.
Anguish
In eating disorders, anxiety is often linked to control: the fear of losing control of one's body and therefore of one's life exponentially amplifies this emotion, which determines every daily choice.
Guilt
Guilt in DNA stems from the belief that one is a burden to others or inadequate. It's such a strong feeling that it leads to a true internal blackout, disarming those who suffer from it to the point of feeling useless, or even a burden to others.
Shame
Shame for those with eating disorders concerns body image and the feeling of being inadequate compared to others. The shame experienced reinforces the disorder.
Through our commitment, we want to restore what often seems lost: self-love, inclusion in a supportive network, empathy to understand one's experiences, and a sense of belonging that strengthens trust in relationships.
Our goal is to accompany those who suffer toward a new awareness, where fragility can transform into strength and hope.
Love
For those with DNA, self-love is often compromised, replaced by constant criticism.
Together, we can balance love and self-acceptance.
Inclusion
Those with DNA often experience a sense of exclusion, whether self-imposed or perceived, for fear of others' judgment.
We help those trapped in DNA experience social inclusion with fewer emotional difficulties.
Empathy
A lack of self-empathy is central to our DNA, while those who don't suffer from it are often able to look at themselves with greater understanding.
Together, let's try to close the personal empathy gap that fuels the cycle of discomfort.
Sense of Belonging
For those with DNA, the sense of belonging is fragile and often subordinated to the idea of perfection or external acceptance.
We help those suffering from it feel more stable in their relationships, without rigid conditions.
Our goal is to guide those who suffer toward a new awareness, where fragility can transform into strength and hope.
Our contribution
Listen to understand. Understand to help!
