Eating disorders aren't numbers, they're stories.

With The Dragon in the Castle, we've chosen to give voice to those who have decided to share their stories, with the aim of bringing to light a reality that often remains hidden.

Synopsis

You can learn to live with an eating disorder. Because every dragon can be tamed and even defeated.

"The Dragon in the Castle" is a journey through the stories of five women who have suffered from eating disorders. A small mosaic reflecting the many manifestations an eating disorder can take. Stories of pain and, above all, of rebirth, which describe the complexity of living with an eating disorder, keeping it in a corner, silent, without the fear of its reawakening. Because every now and then, it does reawaken. And then we have to deal with it: and to do so, we need the right tools.

The experiences of Anna, Noemi, Francesca, Giada, and Benedetta speak to those who find themselves living with their own "dragon": at a certain point, courage and awareness arrive, and that is the moment to emerge from one's solitude.

The first podcast from the PASS Foundation dedicated to Eating Disorders
